Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Navjivan Hotel & Restaurant, we strive to provide excellent service to our guests. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to accommodate our guests' needs while also managing our reservations efficiently.

Reservation Cancellation:

  1. For room reservations:
  2. Cancellations made   days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, if applicable.
  3. Cancellations made within   days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay or a percentage of the total reservation cost.
  4. For restaurant reservations:
  5. We kindly request that you notify us of any changes or cancellations to your restaurant reservation as soon as possible.
  6. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the reservation time may result in a penalty, especially during peak hours.
  7. Refunds:
  8. Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the original payment method used for the reservation.
  9. Refunds may take 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  10. No Shows:
  11. Failure to arrive for a reservation without prior notification (a "no-show") may result in a forfeiture of the deposit or a penalty fee equivalent to the full reservation amount.
  12. In cases of repeated no-shows, Navjivan Hotel & Restaurant reserves the right to refuse future reservations from the guest.
  13. Group Reservations:
  14. Different cancellation and refund policies may apply to group reservations. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking for group reservations.
  15. Special Circumstances:
  16. In cases of emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, Navjivan Hotel & Restaurant may waive cancellation fees or offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.

  18. Changes to reservations, including modifications to dates or services, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees or charges.
