Reservation Cancellation:

- Cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit, if applicable.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay or a percentage of the total reservation cost.
- For restaurant reservations:
- We kindly request that you notify us of any changes or cancellations to your restaurant reservation as soon as possible.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of the reservation time may result in a penalty, especially during peak hours.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the original payment method used for the reservation.
- Refunds may take 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- No Shows:
- Failure to arrive for a reservation without prior notification (a "no-show") may result in a forfeiture of the deposit or a penalty fee equivalent to the full reservation amount.
- In cases of repeated no-shows, Navjivan Hotel & Restaurant reserves the right to refuse future reservations from the guest.
- Group Reservations:
- Different cancellation and refund policies may apply to group reservations. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking for group reservations.
- Special Circumstances:
- In cases of emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, Navjivan Hotel & Restaurant may waive cancellation fees or offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.

- Changes to reservations, including modifications to dates or services, are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees or charges.
